ELC is a modern language school in Cebu City, in Central Visayas of the Philippines and offers German classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced courses. The participants in our A1 and A2 Classes get a solid foundation of the Grammar already on the frist week of classes. Our B1 and B2 classes are strictly taught by native speakers and the students learn to speak, write and read Standard German. Our lessons are held in small groups with modern teaching methods, in a relax atmosphere, so that learning German is fun!
